What we're about

Dynamic Woman is a meetup group for women seeking to optimize their lives through awareness and vitality in alcohol free living, utilizing integrative and natural health, feminine based spiritual practices, conscious dance and yoga, and simple, empowered daily practices.

Open to all women interested in sober living and cultivating a deeper awareness and relationship with their intuition, their inner healer, while gathering in a shared community space with like minded sisters, seekers, and awesome gals.

We will move, learn, grow and share, for the betterment of ourselves, our families, our communities.
