Life after the Purchase: Property Management & Preventative Maintenance

Scott Isacksen has spent the last 12 years in property management overseeing the physical maintenance on condominiums and apartments. These include a 3-building, 152-unit complex near the ocean, a 90-acre 326-unit property and a portfolio of apartment buildings throughout Oakland and Berkeley. Scott has invested out-of-state and owns 28 units, for which he uses a property management company. He is also launching a consulting service to assist apartment owners.
