SketchUp Ruby namespace question

At tonight's meeting, I briefly described a question I
have regarding SketchUp Ruby namespaces.  Briefly, the
problem is as follows:

*  At startup, SketchUp loads any Ruby files it finds
   in its "plugins" directory.

*  The plugin authors may or may not be experienced
   Ruby programmers.  In any case, their efforts are
   not coordinated in any manner.

*  The plugins are placed in the directory by a user,
   who typically has no Ruby knowledge at all.

I've been developing a framework that, among other
things, tries to keep plugins from stepping on each
others' class definitions, etc.

I have a working solution, but I'd love to hear ideas
for improvement, etc.  For more details, see:
