It is sometimes called emotional acupuncture without needles. It’s useful for all kinds of emotional issues, feeling angry, sad or overwhelmed. It can also get you past subconscious limiting beliefs that can hold you back from abundance, free you from cravings for certain foods or help with physical pain! It works because the body, mind, and emotions are all connected, and it all shows up in the energy system. It’s amazingly easy, fast and powerful. Bring water to drink, and a notebook. No experience necessary, you don't have to know EFT already.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), often also known as Meridian Tapping, is a powerful way to change any area of life from emotional upsets to fears to trauma to removing blocks to a life filled with joy and peace! Ultimately it helps us to be ourselves, freeing ourselves up from the limitations of our past beliefs and the hold negative past experiences have had on us. Learn how to clear past events or memories that get triggered frequently. Remove the blocks to creating more abundance and success in your life and find out how you can use EFT to heal from chronic physical and/or emotional pain. Eliminate phobias, fears, anxiety, food cravings and feelings of sadness or depression.

The beauty of EFT is that you can process your limiting beliefs whether you openly participate or prefer to remain private. As long as you tune into your emotional or physical issue, you will most likely see it resolve or significantly improve.

All are welcome, no previous experience of EFT is necessary. It is simple to learn, even children can do it, and it only takes a few minutes, so it is a great tool for everyone's toolbox. There is a saying in the EFT world - "Try it on everything!"
