What we're about

Best place to be part of a community or Entrepreneurs, Investors, Inventors, Celebrities, Startups, Founders and CEOs. Eliances hosts a weekly ROUNDtable which changes each week of those who attend and is full every week. Eliances Community is the only place 'Where Entrepreneurs Align'

You have your business cards in hand and a smile on your face. You look nice, ready to share your business needs with a room full of successful entrepreneurs.

The meeting is called to order and you're asked to put your business cards away. You frown and turn to the person who invited you, “I thought this was a networking group?!” He smiles, “No, it's not. This is the Eliances community, the only place "Where Entrepreneurs Align.” Confused, you put your cards in your bag, wondering what exactly is in store for the rest of the morning.

Eliances is not a networking group; period. As the community director states, “If you're here hoping to ‘machine gun' your cards all over the room, you're in the wrong place. If you're interested in giving what you got and making real relationships, Eliances is for you.” As each entrepreneur goes around the room, sharing the “Got, Give, Get” of their business, connections begin to form and lives are changed.

“I am truly impressed with the open environment you and your team have created at Eliances. From one meeting I have already identified 2-3 potential partnership opportunities, as well as made some great connections for building relationships in the future" - expressed Kneko Burney who has been a featured guest on CNBC's the Closing Bell.

Eliances the only place "Where Entrepreneurs Align". At the weekly ROUNDtable (which changes every week of those who attend), the best minds in the entrepreneur world bring their expertise and rolodex to align with individuals with something amazing to give. Connections are made and business gets done every week as a result of these meetings. Networking groups don't do that.

“I'm so proud of everything that you guys are doing to make a difference in people's lives” states another Eliancer.

Periodically, the GRANDtable brings together a large group of passionate entrepreneurs, looking for their next business partner. Projects get funded, introductions are made and partnerships are fostered because of the long lasting connections created in the room. Again, networking groups don't do that. Celebrities attend and people fly in from all other.

As the weekly invitations go out, the room fills to capacity with people wanting to share what they have. Whether you have decades of experience or you're just starting out, Eliances has something for you. Before you check your inbox for the Eliances private invitation, remember the ‘machine gun' approach discussed earlier. Eliances is for the Givers, not for the Getters. If you're interested in plastering your cards around the room, attend a networking group. If you have something to give and want to make relationships, Eliances is where you need to align.

Here are what others say:

I've attended numerous networking events and belonged to many organizations in my career but quickly learned that Eliances offered much more. There was so much brainpower and talent in the room from such varied business backgrounds. I made several contacts and already have meetings on my calendar after attending just one Eliances ROUNDtable. I'm looking forward to developing many successful business relationships and friendships as a member of Eliances. -
Ray Schey, Publisher, Phoenix Business Journal

Eliances defined by me: Incredible business leaders from many different industries, Positive happy people willing to help, Interesting backgrounds, Fun and supportive environment to create connections that improve business or spark new ones. High energy moderator conducting a fast paced meeting. After one Eliances meeting, I: Set up a meeting to discuss board positions, Set up a meeting to meet a business owner to discuss financial advisory services, Learned about a business program for my teenage kid and discussed helping a charity raise money. I'd say that was a pretty decent 2 hours.
- Tom Schneider, Professional Poker Player, WSOP (World Series Poker Player of the Year)

ELIANCES ROUNDTABLE OF ENTREPRENEURS, INVESTORS, INVENTORS, STARTUPS, FOUNDERS

There are 3 parts to the weekly ROUNDtable meetings:
Arrival – members and guests meet and determine ways to develop win-win scenarios

Formal – each person in the room is introduced giving information about their background. They then have 60 seconds to do their 3G, the proprietary Eliances method of explaining your Got – Give – Get,

Breakout – Your opportunity to meet those that you have determined you could benefit by getting to know or that you could assist in some way.

Eliances is the only place 'Where Entrepreneurs Align'

Eliances provides a unique outlet for some of the most influential and intellectual individuals throughout the Valley to foster business relationships.

We are not a group, village, networking, mastermind, peer group, peer advisory group, chamber, association, hub or club. We are a "Community", the only place 'Where Entrepreneurs Align™'
Eliances is a destination "Where Entrepreneurs Align™" The community hosts weekly ROUNDtable meetings enabling entrepreneurs and inventors alike to collaborate and help each other with ventures. The ROUNDtable is one of the puzzle pieces of Eliances where action takes place. A Valley CEO explained that "Eliances moves networking from a passive exercise to active engagement. At its core, Eliances is as much about what can one contribute as what can one receive, and fundamentally it's that balance between give and get that creates true value."

It brings together a "high-level community of entrepreneurs with resources, influence, skills, contacts and imagination." There is no other community structured by the implications and operations that comprise Eliances.

Eliances operates on what they refer to as the 3G methodology™: Got, Give and Get. Every week, each attendee is given a sixty second window of time in which to pitch their respective G's. This high pressure scenario allows Eliance members to analyze and optimize the caliber of attendance each week; because regardless an individual's status, there is no guarantee an invite to the next event. A former State Senator said that "those allowed to participate in the Roundtable, and the unique Eliances format open doors to relationships and unimaginable ideas…Eliances assists members to prosper by helping others."

"Eliances is an impressive group" former President of Burger King.

It is not just another entrepreneur club, it is a society that operates in regards to how an individual is able to give back to other community members and foster "Elianceships" within the organization. They have secured strategic partnerships with prominent organizations within the Valley area including: the Phoenix Suns, Money Radio, Tradesource, Diamondbacks, Caliber Co, Tradesource and more.

One will notice via their twitter account that names are not mentioned. Some existing members have nicknames they are referred to such as 'Triple A', 'Earth', 'The Phoenician', 'Mr. Clean' and 'Spiderman' - this is what keeps the community exclusive and in many cases, desirable to attendees. The founder of Eliances explains "we don't mention names because some of our members are prominent figures within the entrepreneurship community and wish to keep a low profile".

Why does everyone at the ROUNDtable and GRANDtable receive a puzzle piece? As the Puzzle Master states, "Each of you has a puzzle piece. It is part of something larger. So are you. The puzzle piece is a symbol that each of us is part of something larger than ourselves. While each of us can stand alone in our individual work and, in a higher level of consciousness, we can also work in small communities, larger communities and in the whole of Eliances for the greater good of all of us... and the economic good of our community."

Eliances ROUNDtable has become a top attraction to a wide range of entrepreneurs, including inventors, investors, celebrities, angels, startup businesses, politicians, celebrities, professional athletes, bank directors, CFOs, top business lawyers and mentors."
