THE CREATIVE CHANNEL One Day Workshop with Robin Baldock

Robin Baldock studied healing at the Helios School of Healing from 1994 and now is one of their Tutors. He trained in tantra with Leora Lightwoman and co-facilitated workshops with her in Diamond Light Tantra, 2003-2008, also leading men's groups.

As a musician, he learnt guitar from a young age, and went on to more exotic instruments; african drum, didgeridoo, and sitar. He has developed his own process for music healing and channelling drawing on Sufi and Shamanic traditions as learnt through inner guidance.

During this workshop, you will develop a greater understanding of the relationship between yourself and the creativity that flows through you. Robin will support your ability to tap into the flow, detach from and work through limitations including shyness and self sabotage, in order to create freely and spontaneously.
By remaining centred and open in any circumstance, you will be able to express your inner intentions with subtlety and depth, heartfulness, passion, whatever the moment demands. You will refine your channelling process that facilitates creativity by revealing you internal critic, fear and negativity in order to release them.

This is an experimental journey utilising dance, movement, performance, meditation and communication to transform limitations into further potentials and is open to anyone who wishes to express, create, or just live with more freedom, precision, effectiveness and depth.
