Do you want to impact Climate Change? The time for action is now. You are a busy urban professional who wants to adopt eco-friendly strategies and dreams of a greener life for all. You are looking for simple ways to implement your vision. You want to feel part of a community moving towards a sustainable urban existence.
Are you are ready to shift from seeing nature as a resource or tool that helps us survive to experiencing nature as a deeper part of life where all beings thrive?
This group offers the opportunity to create new lifestyle and business choices by;
• Exploring a deeper relationship with nature through forest bathing
• Examining beliefs that no longer serve us and the planet
• Supporting each other as we take action towards sustainable behaviours
Forest bathing and sustainability workshops will primarily be held outdoors in parks and conservation areas throughout Mississauga and Toronto west-end, weather permitting. Please come dressed for the outdoors and prepared to walk, sit and gather in the open air!
Our Policy: If you RSVP for an event please attend. We understand that life happens and you may not be able to, but in that instance kindly change your RSVP to "not attending". If you sign up and do not attend, you are taking the spot of another person who wants to come!
Every meetup will have a sharing circle. This can potentially be an intimate and vulnerable experience. We all pledge confidentiality and privacy of other participants information.
