Wellbeing embodies harmony within. We develop it through general health, wellness, spirituality, relationships, metaphysics and more. Our goal is to provide inspiring conversation and collaboration for people of all experiences and backgrounds in their development of self. We formed this group so that East Aurora Center for Wellbeing could become a community resource for experiences that will support people in their journey of introspective healing.
We first experience the self as a sensory body with a mind and emotions. Each of these elements inform the others in a type of feedback loop as our thoughts influence our feelings. They are then expressed in our bodies as either a sense of wellbeing, pain, or discomfort. Our consciousness is the aspect of the self that motivates them all to express in concert, or in opposition to one another. As we expand and evolve our understanding of the self in its relationships, we begin to integrate its parts, developing an innate awareness that all are one.
