In this class we will address the first three of seven steps to the Tapping Forgiveness Process: 1) Release anger and resentment, 2) Release hurt, sadness and pain 3) Release fears and doubts.
What is EFT?... Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT is also known as Tapping). EFT is based on the same premise as acupuncture: the body has energy pathways (meridians) running through it and trauma, negativeexperiences or emotions can cause a disruption or blockage in these pathways. What you take home from this can beused for so many purposes... from conquering the fear ofpublic speaking to eliminating a headache or even snoring--the list is endless!
