What we're about

This is a walk for anyone interested in finding peace and calm, and deepening their self awareness in a natural setting. At each meeting we will set the intention as a theme for our walk and meditation.

We will meet twice a month in various locations around Eastbourne, to walk, share and meditate in nature.

Everyone welcome. I started the group as I am a life coach and love to reach out to people with similar interests. I love exploring mindset work in a natural setting as I believe moving the body helps shift things in our minds.

I will be using guided visualisations and sharing recommendations for books, other reading material and any further guidance such as websites and podcasts.
