Laughter Yoga is a a unique concept where anyone can laugh for no reason, without relying on humor,jokes or comedy. It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing. This brings more oxygen to the body and the brain which gives you more energy and makes you healthier. It lowers anxiety,depression, blood sugar, blood pressure etc. The Mission of Laughter Yoga is to Promote Peace... Imagine the whole world laughing :) Come join me for laughter, community and connection.
