What we're about

Each year, since 2014, this community conducted a workshop on “Mindfulness Meditation”, a path to “The Art of Living” and its positive effects on relieving stress.
Each of us will work through a self-guided manual, “ The Mindfulness Way Workbook” and meet regularly to share our thoughts and concerns.

In addition, we meet the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month to meditate and discuss approaches, difficulties, and strategies for establishing a continuing practice.
