Outdoor cardio/strength training workout
Come a few minutes early to get settled in. We'll have an active warm-up starting promptly at 9:00. We'll move into a mix of group work and circuit training...and end with cool down/stretching. Dress for the weather, but don't overdo...don't be afraid to get wet or muddy :) Wear trail shoes or athletic shoes. We will be on grass and turf, so trail shoes reduce slippage if surfaces are wet. Bring hydration, a towel to keep in your car in case you're wet afterwards. Bring a jacket for warmth if you want to stick around after the workout. Our workout will go to about 10:15. Stick around to meet each other, talk about some options for 2019 and the group, and chat about the Seattle Spartan race in April. Look forward to seeing you there!

What we're about

Maybe you've done an OCR/Spartan race or two...maybe you want to try one in 2019...or maybe you just want to get outside and get a great workout! We meet at an area park for group training that will get you in shape and ready to race if you choose. Open to all skill levels. We're here to do our best, push ourselves, support and encourage each other, and have some fun :) We train rain or shine!
