Henry Albrecht talks Venture Capital, Bilal Aslam talks Data Mining, New Warehouse Space, and more

Henry Albrecht talks Venture Capital, CEO Series, August 1 at 7 PM

Everything you wanted to know about venture capital, but were afraid to ask, will be answered by Henry Albrecht, CEO of Limeade. We are capping attendance for this and all future meetups at 30 (and punished people who no show:), so RSVP now to save your spot for what is sure to be a great event.

Bilal Aslam talks Data Mining, CTO Series, August 15 at 7 PM

Bilal will take a mere mortal developer and, in one hour, transform him/her into a mere mortal developer with a better understanding of data mining. Although focusing on Python, the teachings will be relevant to other languages (and even to business folks who want to integrate data mining into their startup roadmap).

New Warehouse Space

The original warehouse space got us started, but we need a bit more room (and a bit less tap dancing:). A handful of us walked through the space today, and by all accounts it is a big improvement. The move date is not locked in, but it is likely to happen in August. If you would like to check out the space, shoot me an email. We will be making a push to get 30 new keyholders in August, so if you have been thinking about buying a key I would love to talk to you.

Papershare has a number of interesting jobs, including developer, designer, test, and marketing. If you know anybody who might be interested, please let them know!

Carter Rabasa from Twilio is doing Office Hours at ThinkSpace. "If you have any questions about Twilio, marketing or cloud development, please stop by.  You can sign-up for a slot in advance here:" We got this news a bit late, and I shared it a bit later, so if this is something that you would find interesting at a later date, let me or Carter know.
