My background is in psychology, I moved to NZ 4 years ago from the Netherlands. With my family of three teenagers I unfortunately come across a lot of mental health problems in teens. Every schoolterm I'm running an affordable and down to earth 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course in the wider Wellington region. This is suitable for beginners and for those who have done an intro course in mindfulness before. Sometimes people do the course again to refresh their knowledge and get back into it. And very suitable for men, down to earth, non chatty and science based!
8 weeks will give you the best chance to improve your life and wellbeing, as science has shown. You can really learn to train your brain for a happier life!

I love creative mindfulness, it is a great way to bring more calmness into your life. Mindfulness Crochet, Zendoodle, Colouring, mindfulness for parents etc are all organised throughout the year, and will be announced here too.
