This is a brand new group forming. Looking for ladies to cycle with who care about fitness, but are not obsessed with it. This is an EASY RIDER cycling group. We ride the Noonday Trail and the Mountain to River Trail, usually about 11-12 miles. We also stop and have lunch. (healthy lunch). PLEASE JOIN US. It is fun, a tad of a challenge and social!
