This is a group for anyone who is interested in exploring how mindfulness can help change their relationship with food. We will engage in mindfulness practices, including mindful eating, through events, workshops, and classes.
MIndful eating is a weight-neutral, non-diet approach to healthy eating and healthy living. The mindful eating approach for this group is based on Dr. Michelle May's Am I Hungry?® MIndful Eating Program (AmIHungry.com). I am a national board-certified coach and mindfulness instructor and a licensed Am I Hungry? Facilitator and Coach. The events for this group are sponsored by LiveWellFlow (livewellflow.com) and will be a mix of free, by donation, and paid.
