Master teacher Jane Esselstyn, R.N., co-author of the ‘Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Cookbook,’ presents information on the causation, prevention and reversal of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, many cancers, and erectile dysfunction in a hands-on, fun style. Her use of props, slides, and humor help connect the anatomy and physiology to the foundations of the disease.
