“Cooking Demo: The Oats, Flats, and Bowls System”

Ann and Jane, co-authors of the ‘Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Cookbook,’ will explain and demonstrate the principles of cooking to prevent and reverse heart disease. This lecture and cooking demo will explore some of the many whole food, plant-based ingredients that have been shown to lower cholesterol levels, reduce blood pressure and improve blood glucose numbers. Special attention will be paid to the oats, flats, and bowls approach.
