What we're about

Connecting people to nature through mind-body experiences.

Participants will engage with nature in experiential activities that explore themes of perfectionism, boundary setting, giving/receiving, and restoration as well as learn the importance of self-care in order to continue feeling motivated in any compassionate-based work.
