5 Rhythms Movement Meditation Practice in Laguna Beach

It has been a great gift to witness our dancing tribe grow and connect these last weeks, so now we have a weekly 5 Rhythms offering, so be sure to come out and help us keep the momentum of TRIBE!

Give yourself the great gift to sharing time with our beautiful tribe, growing, connecting, witnessing, sharing, listening praying and dancing together! The 5 Rhythms provide the sacred container within which our hearts may sing, bodies may dance and spirits may soar in authentic limitless expression!

If you know anyone who had been thinking of joining us or may be keen to do so, please share this announcement so we can make the most of the time we have, sharing our moving energy with friends old and new.

We begin at 7PM, moving through a wave to warm up our bodies and arrive in the space, then into exploring the practice, before moving through a final full high vibration wave until we close at 9PM.

No Experience Necessary - 5Rhythms® is a practice for all persons, regardless of age, size or physical ability. We move in the body we have, the 5R is not about performance, but about going inside, digging deep for what is real and expressing our truth through movement, large or small.

Bring a water bottle, comfortable dance clothes (we typically dance barefoot, but dance shoes are fine as well) and be ready to move.
