A HISTORY OF THE NEXT TEN YEARS
Using a combination of models of the long term future and a discernment of present trends, the broad contours of an emergent future can already be seen. The purpose of this talk is to outline four key models of the long term future and to identify five key megatrends that will shape the next decade. The talk will end with general picture of the world in 2030, at which point the audience will be invited to discuss which aspects they find convincing and which aspects they feel are unconvincing.
