Building Event-Driven Architectures with Apache Kafka
Abstract:
Today, Apache Kafka is being used by tens of thousands of companies including 60% of the Fortune 100 to power and innovate their businesses. We will discuss the market and technology changes that have given rise to Kafka and to Event Streaming, and we will introduce the audience to the key aspects of building Event-Driven applications with Kafka.
Bio:
Kiril is a Solutions Architect with over 10 years of experience in software development and project management. He has worked closely with clients of all shapes and sizes - from small startups to Tier 1 banks - advising on all aspects of designing and running distributed systems at scale and in mission-critical environments.
