Our first event in the Lean Coffee format

The event will be hosted at the NN4M office and there will be pizza and beer provided.

We'll be welcoming people into the office from around 6.30. There'll be plenty of time to network and get to know the other members in the community. Once everyone's settled in everyone will be given time to write down topics on Post-It notes for our Kanban board for the event

Once we have a decent topic pool, everyone will get to give two votes on topics, which can either both be given to one topic or two separate topics. We'll then work through as many topics as possible in the time we have.

The event should be over by around 9.
