Yoga is the practice of strengthening the body and calming the mind, through breath-based movement. Edinburgh Yoga Classes are the perfect place for anyone - beginner, improver, or long-time yogi - to learn the foundations of yoga postures, find flow in sequences, and build heat and flexibility, always ending in relaxation.
All are welcome! Mats are provided, classes are suitable for all levels, and new beginners are welcomed with a warm smile. Jenny loves to help people find their flow and love of yoga on their mat, and give guidance and adjustments to help students really get the most from their practice.
Edinburgh Yoga Classes has been running for over three years in Edinburgh with regular weekly classes. Class sizes are never more than 10 students, so that optimal attention can be given to each student and their practice. Jenny loves to work with individual students on a regular weekly basis to help their yoga practice take deep roots and truly flourish. She creates a safe, welcoming environment for all students to find joy in moving their body, finding their breath and space to unwind.
