Because many have higher success rates achieving and maintaining their weight loss goals with support and accountability this group does that! This supportive friendly group is for people serious about wanting to lose some extra lbs and get to their goals in a friendly atmosphere. We meet once per week on Mondays from 6:30-7pm for 6 weeks. We will learn about nutrition tips, get a free wellness evaluation which includes your bmi, bf, daily dietary analysis, protein intake, water level, measurements and assessment and much more with free coaching. This is a challenge so 90% of the $30 fee goes into the money pot and the top three weight losers will receive money from the pot. The rest goes toward minor expenses.
These challenges have been very successful throughout Canada, more popular in the US. Average weight loss for 6 weeks is 6-12 lbs. There is a fb group for the challengers to utilize which will include motivation, advise, support, recipes, nutrition tips and of course connection with other people in the group. Also offered to go with this meetup is a fitness boot camp which is optional, not mandatory because exercise is also very important when getting to your goals.
