In this Hands-on lab you will learn all about the world of IoT and how to connect it into your living and office. After the 95 minute hands-on lab you have connected light, movement and audio devices and can control them with your mobile phone. In the next years industrial designers will raise ideas integrating IoT into their products. Power plants, the utility network, buildings, tv’s, light, audio, fridge, microwaves, and many many more devices will be equiped with IoT. With this hands-on lab you are fully prepared to accompany their journey! From a technical perspective you will work with a compatible Arduino device, PCB (printed circuit board), jumper cables, the hardware devices (light, movement and audio), communication (Bluetooth Low Energy) and app development (iOS and/or Android). The entire ‘IoT kijkdoos’ is yours at the end of the session so you can change and extend it. With the box you can fully automate your home and office with IoT. The possibilities are endless!
