What we're about

EAMC is over 500 music-loving members from Central New Jersey and Eastern PA. We perform, we share our skills, we learn, and teach; and some just come to listen.

We are a community of musicians centered in the Princeton area. We offer and organize multiple Open Mics and events each month. Our goal, first and foremost, is to provide opportunities for musicians of all kinds and skill levels to hone their chops, present their creations, or just enjoy performing. Unplugged or plugged in. Mainstream, eclectic, acoustic or electric.

Although most of our members represent the more common genres of folk and rock, we have enjoyed performers presenting everything from Opera to Barbershop to Peruvian Folk instruments. Classical, a cappella, and choral. When we say everyone is welcome… it is not a catch line; and we have hosted some wonderful surprises from some incredibly talented artist.

We consider our venues not only player friendly; but safe spaces for developing musicians. No TV’s and hockey games over your head while you play. If you like to be listened to, and in turn enjoy listening to other musicians play we present an environment for that experience. This creates the ideal conditions for meeting other players to collaborate with, share ideas and learn from.

Come join us at our next event.
