Music for a Sunday Afternoon at Washington Crossing State Park

Details
http://photos1.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/3/7/c/600_267540892.jpeg Let's get together for an afternoon of music, food, collaboration and fun! Festivities will include live performances by many of our talented members, group singalongs and much more! Rain or shine!
Acoustic instruments only (for keyboardists, a community keyboard will be available). There will be a suggested $5 contribution per person in order to help defray the rental cost of the pavilion.
Please bring a dish, beverage or snack to share. Charcoal grills are on site. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the park.
At the event, we will provide attendees with a list of people who have indicated an interest in collaborating with other musicians. We will also provide opportunities during the performance segment for individuals to step forward and discuss the partnership that they seek. We will challenge collaborators to prepare a musical project with and perform at the next EAMC event (which will take place sometime in early November).
To help achieve this goal, we ask that the people who would like to participate in a future collaboration identify themselves and their musical interests by sending an email to either Stu Malakoff or Michael Cohen (this can be done by signing into the EAMC meetup site, clicking on "Collaborative Members", clicking on the individual and then clicking on "send email") once you've rsvp'd for the event. Please let us know the genre(s) of music that you would like to perform, your musical influences, the instruments that you play, if you like to sing lead or backup and any other information that will help us identify suitable partners for you. Collaborations can be duets or larger groups, and you don't need to limit yourself to one partnership.
To get to the Green Grove Picnic Area, keep driving straight along main entrance road past guard house and 2 stop signs. You will come to Green Grove after a few hundred feet. Parking is to the left, the pavilion is to the right.

Schedule of Events:
2pm - 3:15pm: Food and Socializing
3:15pm - 4:15pm: Group Singalong. Sheet music will be provided. If you have song suggestions, please email copies of the sheet music to Stu or Michael.
4:15 - 5:45pm: Scheduled performances. Please send email to Stu or Michael listing no more than 3 songs that you and/or your ensemble would like to perform. Depending upon demand, we will divide the available time among the performers. If we don't have enough time for all ensembles to perform, we will operate on a first come first served basis.
5:45 - 6:00pm: Partnership Announcements. We will share details regarding which partnerships have been formed and identify people who are still looking for a partnership.
