One of our favorite presenters, David Kert, brings you a very special experience with a class on potions! We will announce the topic for this class in the discussion area for this event closer to time. There is no charge for this class, but donations are appreciated.
This class is for all levels of meditation skills. It is especially designed for those who have difficulty meditating or finding time to meditate. Throughout the weeks, we will explore Gestalt Meditation, Past Life Regression, Hypnotherapy for Positive Life Change, Meditation Skills, and other pertinent subjects. This is a free class. Donations are appreciated. Taught by Katrina Rasbold. Meets every two weeks.
Eric Rasbold leads this revitalizing yoga session twice a week on Sunday afternoons and Wednesday evenings. DNA stands for "Deep, Not Asleep."
This form of Yoga practice is based on the Hatha Yoga Pradipika and draws inspiration from the Ashtanga series of Pattabhi Jois and meditative practices of Paramhansa Yogananda. Understanding that the ultimate goal of yogic practice is not only physical health and well being but a complete path to liberation, we aim to balance each session with seated meditation, moving meditation and active vinyasa postures and flows. The Ashtanga, meaning "eight limbs" honors the philosophy of Patanjali as written is the yoga sutras and helps to develop inner and outer morals guidance, concentration, meditation while empowering the body and the mind.
Sessions are open to all ages and skill levels and will last from 60 - 90 minutes. This is a balanced practice not "hot yoga" but you will work up a good sweat so dress appropriately and bring a good mat and a yoga block if you have one. Bring a yoga mat, bricks and a strap if you need them, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Donations Welcome.
