10:00 - 10:45 | No code RAG using Elastic playground with AWS Bedrock
by Someshwaran M Senior Support Engineer, Elastic
Description - Retrieval augmented generation (RAG) is a technique that supplements text generation with information from private or proprietary data sources. Amazon Bedrock is a fully managed service that offers a choice of high-performing foundation models (FMs) like Amazon Titan, Anthropic Claude, Cohere Command R etc with a single API. In this talk, We are going to split our data into chunks, indexing those documents and respective embeddings in Elasticsearch using semantic text. We will learn how to perform semantic search to retrieve relevant data / context and build question-answer capability with Amazon Bedrock.
10:45 - 11:30 | Enhanced observability with AI assistant by Ranjini Ganeshan , Senior Software Developer Trellix
Description - Elastic AI Assistant enhances SRE efficiency by providing context-aware chat interactions. It leverages conversational AI and Elastic Observability to interpret logs, optimize code, generate reports, and execute runbooks. This empowers SREs to resolve issues faster, foster collaboration, and unlock valuable insights for building better software.
11:30 - 12:15 | LamRAG: From Data to Constructive Insights using Amazon Bedrock and Elastic Vector DB by Sandeep Kumar P, Principal Solutions Architect, AntStack
Description - In this session, we’ll show that concepts like Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agents, and Multi-Stage Flows are only complex because they haven’t been explained well. We’ll break these ideas down using a practical use case, making them easy to grasp and apply.
Get ready to dive into AI with clarity and confidence as we transform complex concepts into manageable, actionable insights.
