Georgia Legislative Proposals to Regulate Social Media (virtual)

Two proposed bills in the Georgia legislature, SB 393 (the Common Carrier Non-Discrimination Act) and SB 394 (the Georgia Computer Data Privacy Act), would regulate social media and other commercial Internet activity in Georgia. We are honored to be joined by Georgia attorney Ron Daniels (rondanielslaw.com), who will explain the legal aspects of these bills.
