What we're about

This class is designed to teach how to utilize the power of mindfulness to increase fitness and performance through fun high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts and reduce stress in a friendly, safe, and non-judgmental setting. Classes are taught and led by John Clingerman, CPT of Happy Hour Fitness and mindfulness teacher Jim O'Neill, LCPC, NCC. Jim is a Qualified Teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through the UCSD Center for Mindfulness and a trained mindfulness performance enhancement awareness and knowledge coach (MPEAK). MPEAK is a program designed to increase performance for the US National Cycling Team, other elite athletes, medical professionals, and first responders.
