What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in developing and cultivating a mindfulness practice through formal sitting meditation, moving meditation including the ancient Chinese energy practice, Qigong, and other informal mindfulness practices. It is particularly designed to provide support and encouragement for people who want to begin, rekindle, and develop their own mindfulness practice. Events will be a mix of free/donation and paid throughout the year.

I am a certified mindfulness meditation instructor, health & wellness coach, Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating coach and facilitator, and Qigong Practice Leader. I am also the founder of LiveWellFlow (livewellflow.com). I look forward to sharing with you the practice of mindfulness and seeing you at future events!

Qigong and Meditation Practice Group

Movement is critical to health and well-being. Let's practice the gentle flowing movements of this ancient Chinese mindful movement practice of qigong together and encourage one another in an ongoing regular practice. We will close with a sitting meditation. Stephanie Lewis will lead these sessions with occasional guest presenters.

Wear loose fitting clothes. The movements can be done standing or sitting.

This event is online. A link will be sent before the session.

Movement is not without its risks. While these are gentle movements, it is important to listen to your body and only engage in movements that are safe for you.
