Hey Emberliners,
we're looking forward to another meetup with amazing talks around Ember on March 6th 2018. The amazing folks at kloeckner.i will be hosting us again this time - you can find their office located in Zinnowitzer Str 8, 10115 Berlin (Mitte), close to U Naturkundemuseum or to the tram station Naturkundemuseum / Invalidenstrasse. We'll begin the meetup at 7pm with the first talks starting at around 7:30pm and this month's schedule will include the following speakers & topics:
- Tobias Bieniek: "The Next Generation of Testing"
The "Grand Testing Unification" is finally here! In this talk you learn how to use the new QUnit testing APIs and we discuss why they were changed and what steps you need to take to migrate your existing tests to the new APIs. Finally we will look at the Ember ecosystem and introduce addons that can make your tests better than ever before.
- Jessica Jordan: "Everything they didn’t tell you about the Ember Community"
The Ember community describes a worldwide subculture consisting of developers, contributors, bloggers, event organizers, podcasters and many others involved in activities around the framework. But which factors drive this complex community in its efforts?
