January Meetup: Sam Selikoff on Deploying Ember

Ember contributor Sam Selikoff (@samselikoff) will be in town from Vermont to talk to us about "Deploying Ember Apps" and the open source tool that he created, "front_end_builds"

Veteran Ember NYCer Matthew Beale (@mixonic) will talk about the new APIs arriving soon in Ember. He'll cover how he and the rest of the team have implemented block params and bound attributes, and look at how top-level components, attrs, and opt-in two-way binding may look.

Lightning Talks

Tim Evans (@timmyce), also an Ember contributor, will talk about getting his app ready for Ember 2.0

Cory Forsyth (@bantic) will tell us about his new HAL adapter for Ember Data: https://github.com/201-created/ember-data-hal-9000 . He'll give an overview of the HAL spec and talk about the process of implementing the adapter.

Hugh Francis (@_HHFF) demoing the gorgeous Ember app he helped build for Sweetgreens, and lessons learned in the process.
