Talk: Scrum, customer interests first

Jeroen Boersma / Waterfall, Prince, scrum, chaos, etc. ... Anything to get the job done. "Getting things done" is a cry much called.

But how do you ensure that the work you are doing is always in the best interests of your customer? By applying an iterative working method you will get focus on what really matters. The customer provides the guidance for his or her product. (Product Owner?) The result of the software developing is directly applicable for your customer.

I would like to share with you what I have changed in my approach in recent years, to the importance of putting the customer more central role. Expectation management and communication help using Scrum to make the work more transparent.

EmmenPHP : PHP usergroup

EmmenPHP is de lokale PHP usergroup voor Emmen en omgeving. Eens per maand (de eerste woensdag van de maand) brengen we PHP enthousiastelingen bij elkaar om de aanwezige kennis over PHP te vergroten. Daarnaast is er ruimte voor gezelligheid en sluiten we de avond af met een drankje. Zowel de professional, student als hobbyist is van harte welkom.
