Stress Less Sunset Hikes & Potluck
Connect with yourself and others while learning to calm your brain and central nervous system through Therapeutic techniques while hiking in nature. Licensed Therapist and Hike leader, Charity Loring, LMSW, will lead these hikes on easy to moderate terrain for approximately 2-3 miles at an easy to moderate pace (1-2 hours). We always have a Picnic/Potluck after. Feel free to bring some food to pass if you want to join us after the hike. Bring: Comfortable & weather appropriate clothing and shoes or boots. Bug spray, sun block, water and food for potluck if you want to join us after. Our hikes will be held 1 Monday a month and 1 Sunday a month between May - October. How to find us: Use this googlemaps link: https://goo.gl/maps/5Z494WicjK22 Meet in Crosswinds parking lot. Please do not hold up the group and plan to arrive early or on time, or you may not find us. We leave on time due to the park closing after the sun sets. If you are running behind, we cannot wait. Leashed pets allowed. But please keep them off to the side or behind the group so as to not trip up hikers.

We all need emotional support. Sometimes we find that the best place to get support is from other like-minded individuals who are facing the same challenges as we are.
The emotional support collaborative meets on different life challenging topics. Our goal is to provide an atmosphere of understanding, compassion and support. Group founder is a trained Facilitator who, in conjunction with other trained group facilitators, will help lead and give helpful input in each support group.

Each member is met with compassion, respect, non-judgment, confidentiality and a strong belief in the potential for attaining the balance, strength and joy that exists for each of us!
We're looking forward to having you join us!
