Depression and Anxiety can sometimes rule our lives and have a large impact on us as individuals as well as impact others in our lives. Come to the group to gain support, helpful input, share your challenges and possibly successes when dealing with Depression and Anxiety.

Cost: $5 - Why the cost? Therapist must dedicate approximately 200 hours each academic year to train Group Interns. Cost helps to cover a portion of these hours as well as assist in a portion of overhead expenses.

Location: Loring Therapy, LLC on the SE corner of Middlebelt and Ford Rd in Garden City. Located in the corner building above "Orin Jewelers", suite 212. Use Middlebelt Road entrance under the 2240 Green Awning.

• Interns - Some groups will be led by Head Therapist, Charity Loring, LMSW and some groups will be led by trained Master's level interns. If the group is led by an intern, therapist may contact the group via email after the session to get input, questions or concerns from the members as to how they feel the group was led. ***No-Shows - If you have more than 5 "no-shows" and you are signed up for an event, unfortunately organizer will have to remove you from event to make space for those who attend regularly as space is very limited.
