Laughter Yoga was created in 1995 in India by Dr. Madan Kararia. It has little to do with yoga other than thru laughter we breathe in more oxygen which nourishes our body giving us more energy and better health. We pretend we are doing anything and everything, we celebrate our magnificence and we enjoy each others' playfulness. It will be between a half hour and 3/4 of an hour long. This is open to everyone in and outside of this group. A donation is requested for use of the space.
