In this talk, I will share how my role is built and will explain how we’re helping the local ecosystem with our various programs. We put a lot of our resources on identifying local challenges in the ecosystem (such as Diversity) and thinking long-term how we can help local talent. Throughout these programs, we upskill the community while in parallel the outcome shows positive change of perceptions towards our brand.
Nadav currently manages Google’s Tech Outreach Programs targeted for the Israeli market. As part of the role, Nadav initiates and develops a strategy to inspire top technical talent to think Google first, with focus on employer brand and talent engagement. Prior to Google, Nadav was Talent Acquisition Lead for Dell in Israel and Greece and he holds a Masters degree in Organisational Behavior and Development.

It’s the art of storytelling and visual packaging that I love most: Positioning a brand and establishing it’s voice via social media, PR, marketing and internal comms and other digital assets. For the past 2 years at Microsoft, I lead the employer branding efforts helping transform the company’s perception. Prior to Microsoft I worked at Wix, and Conduit before that.
