Lead by a certified health coach and emotional eating expert, topics covered are both physical and emotional. The amount of energy spent on food and body is large and it's very common for women to feel pressure to be perfect. This group is meant to educate and to encourage a healthy, authentic, empowered relationship to diet, fitness, and self-care.
