In this class you will learn what hypnosis is, how it works, and the benefits of self-hypnosis. You will be shown step by step on how to do self-hypnosis. You will be given in-class time to practice. You will walk out confident and ready to self-hypnosis on your own.
This class is taught by Mee Vaj, Certified Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master and founder of Myoho Wellness in Long Beach. She has taught self-hypnosis to her clients as a tool that they can use on their own to help with various needs.
