This session starts at 5pm sharp, so arrive early ready to start.

You are invited to increased consciousness through a practical, open, experiential approach. This group empowers your investigation into what's true. We focus on the real possibility of breakthroughs in consciousness and invite you to experience the truth of being.

Increased consciousness creates new possibilities in relationships, work, movement and any human endeavour. It may dramatically increasing your freedom, integrity, clarity and effectiveness. And mostly it's becoming conscious of what's already true for itself, with nothing to do.

This group is for anyone who has an interest in the truth, transformation, consciousness, enlightenment, and non-dual spirituality beyond dogma and beliefs.

The previews and group are participatory workshops including:

• Guided meditations and facilitated contemplation exercises,
• Practical investigations for immediate application in your life,
• Open dialogue for communicating questions and insights.
