It is proven that exercise releases dopamine in the brain which helps gives us energy and focus. However, this online interactive sessions brings mindfulness and running together in order to reduce injuries and calm the mind so you can get the most out of your running. Each session includes some mindfulness running theory and then a 20 minute run with a warm up and cool down. Ideal for those getting back into jogging and wanting to increase dopamine levels.
This is free webinar to introduce Mindfulness as an essential tool to master your ADHD. Mindfulness is now a common term but we each have a different perspective of what it is.
