What we're about

This group is for people who practice the Feldenkrais Method®. You might be new to the work, or have done Feldenkrais for many years - your experience level doesn't matter, as long as you are ready to engage. The group is limited to the 50 most active participants. If you just want to know what's available, but aren't ready to actually do the work, go to anoone.org and sign up for the newsletter - you'll get one email each month with all the classes, workshops, etc., in North County.

ABOUT FELDENKRAIS

Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement® lessons reduce or eliminate all kinds of pain, improve athletic performance, enhance posture, and reduce stress and anxiety. While many people find the Feldenkrais Method(R) because they have a condition for which medical science has little to offer (rheumatoid arthritis, back pain, repetitive motion injury, Parkinson's Disease, etc.) this is a practice that can benefit anyone. Not an exercise class, the movements you will explore influence your nervous system and change old, ineffective habits.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner® Anita Noone will lead you through an hour long class that will leave you feeling refreshed, lightened, alert, and relaxed. Every lesson can be modified to ensure your ease and comfort. Anita has taught professional athletes, the elderly, persons with neurological conditions, teens, sedentary adults, and pre- and post-operative patients. She resides in north San Diego County and is the owner of A. Noone Feldenkrais Studios.
