Everyone Welcome.
Get inspired about meditation and connect with like-minded people who are improving their lives by improving their minds.

We begin with a breathing meditation (20 min) with Buddhist nun, Gen Kelsang Lhadron, and practice the skill of letting go of our busy thoughts. Then there is a teaching on an aspect of Buddhist philosophy that we can apply to our life that supports inner peace and constructive solutions to daily problems. There is an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the topic. Then we conclude with a second meditation (10 min).
