The purpose of this group is to learn, experience, and share the benefits of practicing the Wim Hof Method. This group is for anyone looking to improve their overall physical, emotional, and spiritual health. All skill levels are welcome.

I created this group to share Wim Hof Method workshops hosted in and around Encinitas, CA.

In the Wim Hof Method Workshops, we will practice breath work, mindset, and gradual exposer to the cold so that you can quickly implement these practices in your yoga and life.

You will experience immediate physical benefits and with practice, long-term gains in your workout, stress levels, productivity and overall well being.
