Curious about Energy Medicine and Lifeline Intentions and how it can increase your energy and vitality? Energy Medicine awakens energies that bring resilience, joy, and enthusiasm to your life – and greater vitality to your body, mind, and spirit! Balancing your energies balances your body's chemistry, regulates your hormones, helps you feel better, and helps you think better. It has been called the self-care and development path of the future, but it empowers you NOW to adapt to the challenges of the 21st century and to thrive within them. Energy Medicine offers fun and easy excercises that anyone can to tap into the 9 different energy systems that have been part of us from the beginning. The Lifeline Technique uses physical symptoms and emotions as a way to dialogue with the subconscious or more simply put that internal voice/barometer that is either in resistance to our environment and relationships or flowing with what we choose to create. Our goal is to keep it simple so even those new to the experience of setting and clearing intentions, they to can enjoy the benefits. I will guide you in observing where you are at, teach you how to tune into where you want to go and support you in clearing any resistance in getting there. You will learn to recognize physical symptoms and emotions and how to shift them with love and gratitude. Join us as we practice the Edens Energy Medicine Daily Energy Routine exploring new excercises each week. Once we are grounded, hooked up and feeling balanced we will guide you in setting an intention for the day usine tools from the Lifeline Technique. This group is for anyone interested in applying these tools to their own life for health and self-empowerment. In the summer months June - Aug we will meet in the park. As the seasons shift, we will shift with it and move to an indoor facility. Bring a yoga mat or folding chair, water and journel to record your weekly intention and new exercises.
