Every second Tuesday of the month, a group of people who care about Engineering Leadership meet together and discuss a topic. The group is made up of aspiring, new, and experienced leaders. If Engineering Leadership is interesting to you, you are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Our only requirement is you agree to follow our Code of Conduct (link below).

We want to make this meetup as successful as possible. Please let everyone know about it! Share, tweet, email, or slack the link to the meeting to everyone you know. We're excited to keep the momentum going. This is especially important with the recent venue change to Weave.

Talk Description

Creating the right operational culture for your engineering team is critical to having a high performing team. More than ever building the right products and having a very fast time-to-market is what will separate winners from losers. Without a good culture, your teams will never perform well enough to keep up.

But how do you measure your culture? We will cover three different methods we have taken at Weave to measure our culture and how it is working.

About the Presenter:

Clint Berry is the CTO of Weave.
